Warranty Information

  1. To claim warranty, present the duly filled warranty card at Authorized Service Center in the country of purchase. Warranty is valid only if the warranty card is duly filled with Model No., Date of purchase, Invoice No., Customer's Name, Bar coded Serial No. along with the signature & stamp of the Dealer.
  2. This Warranty will be valid for a period as mentioned in the warranty card from the date of the original purchase against all manufacturing defects. The purchaser will thereafter be charged for all repairs.
  3. This warranty will not extend to the following:
    • Damage or defect caused by transportation, water seepage, abuse, improper use or negligent care.
    • Consumables (battery etc.) or any accessories.
    • Damage or defect caused by alteration, conversion, modification, improper repair or unauthorized repair or opening of unit.
    • Discoloration of product.
    • Fading of printed legends on the product.
    • Band/Strap, Glass, Case.
    • Damage or defect caused by fire, earthquake, flood or other natural disasters.
    • Wrist Lab Management’s judgment on violation of warranty conditions will be final and binding on the customer.
  4. If the Product is mailed to our Authorised Service Centre for repair, it must be carefully packed together with the warranty card and/or invoice as specified in 1 and a written report on the defective condition. Transportation charges must be prepaid.
  5. Wristlab will in no event, be liable for any disappearance, damage or change of data in memory at the time of repair.
  6. This warranty will be available only through Authorised Service Centre network as stated, which is subject to revision from time to time.
