Return & Exchange Policy

Wristlab accepts returns only for genuine, valid issues. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Differences in perceived size, color, or fit
  • The product appearing different from images online

Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted strictly under the following circumstances:

  • Manufacturing Defect - A defect that falls within the brand’s official warranty terms.
  • Incorrect Item Delivered - An item different from what was ordered.

Conditions for Return Approval

  • For a return to be accepted:
  • The request must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in original, brand-new condition.
  • All original packaging and materials must be intact, including:
    • Boxes
    • Tags
    • Manuals
    • Warranty card/booklet
    • Accessories
    • Any free gifts included with the purchase
  • Items showing any signs of:
    • Wear
    • Scratches
    • Strap use
    • Damage
    • Tampering

will not be accepted.

If a free gift was part of the purchase, it must be returned with the product.

Returns cannot be processed otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Auction or bid-based items
  • Special order items
  • Engraved or personalised products
  • Clearance items or items marked NO RETURNS
  • Any product showing use, damage, or wear

Return Process

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email info@wristlab.lk or call +94 76 654 0550 with:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Photos/videos (if defect-related)

Step 2 — Pack the Product

Ensure the product is securely packed with all original components.

Damage caused during return transit will void eligibility.

Step 3 — Ship the Product

You will receive instructions for return shipping after approval.

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • The customer assumes responsibility for loss or damage during transit.

Step 4 — Inspection & Refund Processing

After receiving the product, Wristlab will inspect it.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:

  • A defective product cannot be repaired or replaced under the brand’s warranty terms.
  • Wristlab cannot fulfil the original order due to stock unavailability.
  • The wrong item was delivered and a correct replacement is unavailable.

Refunds:

  • Are issued to the original payment method
  • May take additional time depending on banking/payment provider timelines

Replacement (Not Exchanges)

A replacement is provided only under these conditions:

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect AND a brand-new unit of the same model is available
  • The wrong product was delivered AND the correct model is in stock

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

This is not an exchange option, and replacements are not provided for preference-based reasons.
