Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within Sri Lanka only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online through our courier partner’s website.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
