Polytrack is a proven all-weather racing surface developed to deliver consistent, reliable performance across a wide range of climates and conditions.

Designed to replicate the root structure of turf, it provides predictable going that supports safe, competitive racing year-round. Its engineered composition offers excellent shock absorption and surface stability, helping to reduce fatigue and impact stress on horses. Polytrack is constructed using a carefully balanced blend of synthetic fibres, rubber, and wax-coated sand. This combination creates a stable, cushioned surface that maintains uniformity across the track while allowing effective drainage and year-round usability.

The wax coating binds the materials together, helping to control moisture levels and eliminate dust. The result is a surface that requires no irrigation system, delivers consistent footing in all seasons, and supports high-speed performance with reduced maintenance demands.

What's included in Polytrack

Washed Silica Sand

Carefully graded, equestrian-quality silica sand forms the stable base of the Polytrack system. Industrial washing removes impurities, ensuring consistent particle size, reliable compaction, effective drainage, and predictable footing under racing and training conditions.

Synthetic Fibres

Specialist synthetic fibres are blended throughout the surface to reinforce structure and stability. These fibres bind the materials together, reduce surface movement, improve resilience, and maintain consistent performance during repeated high-speed use.

Equestrian-Grade Wax Coating

 A proprietary equestrian-grade wax coating binds the surface materials, controlling moisture content and eliminating dust. This creates a cushioned, weather-resistant surface that performs consistently year-round without the need for irrigation.
